Unless we clearly state otherwise in our offer, there are no refunds for
products of Thinksmart Brother and all sales are final.
To be eligible for a refund if a refund policy is included in an offer, you must
submit a request to our support team and include the product name and
reason for requesting a refund.
No refunds will be provided after the following date of purchase.

material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a
refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.
The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it
doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable
people to steal the training material.
